With a total of 22 products, the Select series from Hammer Strength by Life Fitness offers ideal conditions for commercial fitness sector use. The outstanding workmanship and robustness of the American-manufactured products find their place in many fitness studios and other such facilities worldwide.The Hammer Strength by Life Fitness Select Seated Row Multi-gym effectively trains the back muscles and has been especially developed for commercial use. The overhead pivot point ensures a natural motion range and different grip positions allow a variety of exercises for the middle and upper back. The correct posture during the workout is made possible by the comfortable upper body padding and footrests. Correct posture during exercises is vital for the ability to use the desired back muscles. The cable pulls are nylon-coated, ensuring a smooth movement flow. Included in delivery, the weight block can generate a training resistance of up to 138kg for any training intensity to be called upon. The resistance is adjusted with a pin.
