Hoist Mi5: the most compact functional trainer!

The new Mi5 of the renowned American fitness manufacturer Hoist Fitness is an extremely compact multi-gym with a total of 1,000 cable variations. The Functional Trainer Mi5 differs distinctively from many other multi-gyms. The two cable pulls are 22 times height adjustable. Each of the swivel arms connected to it are easily seven times adjustable. In addition, the sturdy swivel arms can be horizontally adjusted by 160 degree. These three adjusting possibilities already offer an almost unlimited number of exercises with the Cable Crossover.

Multi-gym and sling trainer in one

More than other cable pull gyms, the Mi5 gym focusses on combining classic strength exercises with functional exercises. A perfect example is the function Weight Stack Lock. Thanks to it, you can fix the weight block to do exercises with the own bodyweight on the cable pull. Hence, you turn the functional trainer gym into a sling trainer. The cable pull offers a comfortable and good operating (transmission ratio is 4:1).

The patented Silent Steel reduces the noise level, when the weight plates touch each other. The footrests allow for exercises like sitting rowing or offer stability for many leg exercises.

In order to enjoy a very comfortable training experience, the Mi5 is equipped with an accessory holder, a tablet as well as a cup holder. Two straps for cable pulls are included in delivery.

Thanks to its many adjusting possibilities and variations, the Mi5 offers an unbelievable multitude of exercises. Here, the fixation of the weight block offers the possibility to do classic exercises of a sling trainer with the own bodyweight.

Der Kabelzug war ein Überraschungsgeschenk ! Die Trainingsstation ist eine wirklich sehr vielseitig, kompakt und bietet Möglichkeit auf kleinen Raum und für den ganzen Körper, beginnend von den Schultern bis zu den Beinen. Für den Einstieg kann auch mit der dazugehörigen App trainiert werden bis man den vollständigen Überblick zu den vielen Einstellung–und Trainingsmöglichkeiten hat. Zum Aufstellen des Gerätes benötigt man allerdings ca. 3 Stunden oder nimmt das Montageservice in Anspruch. ???????????? Würde das Gerät wieder kaufen ! Zuletzt noch ein großes Lob für die Mitarbeiter, allesamt kompetent in der Beratung und zudem noch sehr freundlich.... [Read more]
