The inclined arm rests give a good stability and avoid any unintended load on the shoulders. The pivot arms and the handles are positioned so that the wrists are protected and the training posture is improved while performing the exercise. The individual sitting height can be easily and quickly changed by a simple lever handle so that persons of any height find their optimal training conditions.
The upholsteries of the curl pult of Hammer Strength by Life Fitness are very durable and do not crinkle in the material. The training resistance is easily changed with a pin in the weight block (95 kg). The weight plates are made of solid steel. The frame components have an electro-static powder coating, which guarantees a maximum durability.
The course of motion is very comfortable and smooth thanks to the nylon-coated cable pulls.
The colour combination of upholstery and frame can be individually chosen for all products of the Select Series.
