The chest and hip stretcher is equipped with rollers and knee pads. It allows you to comfortably stretch the hip flexors and hip extensors as well as the abdominal, chest, respiratory and intermediate muscles. The wall bars included in the set come with a stretching station and a foot step, offering a variety of stretching exercises for the entire back leg muscles or the gluteal muscles.
