In our test series, the BX70i by cardiostrong was particularly captivating due to the interaction between the drive and braking systems. This ergometer is equipped with a high-quality induction braking system. This maintenance-free way of generating resistance is particularly precise, the adjustment of the resistance is faster and the calculation of the actual (watt) output is more accurate. The brake acts on a 10 kg flywheel mass. Due to the excellent workmanship, the cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i offers very good concentricity. This makes endurance training at home more pleasant and it is also more gentle on the joints by avoiding peak loads. Your power is transmitted to the flywheel mass via a drive belt made of plastic composite. This type of drive is wear-free and particularly quiet. For example, you can watch TV or talk while exercising at home.

The BX70i bicycle ergometer was impressive in the practical test with its particularly easy operation. The training computer of the bicycle ergometer has a so-called jog wheel, a rotary knob, as a central operating element. Thanks to this, all values can be quickly selected and confirmed. An overview of the 12 pre-installed programmes is shown on the display.

In addition to the classic programmes, such as interval or fartlek training with alternating loads, the load can also be controlled via other modes. Included herein, for example, is the heart rate programme: with this you can choose between 3 pre-programmed heart rate zones or enter your own target heart rate. In manual mode, the difficulty level can be selected completely freely. In Watt mode, the power to be applied always remains the same. That is, when you pedal faster, the resistance is lowered at the same time. In the practical test, the cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i exhibited a fast response at changing pedal speeds. The resistance power in Watt mode can be set between 10 and 350 watts.

The cardiostrong exercise bike BX70i has many features that make endurance training at home a comfortable experience. This is clear from the moment you climb on. The low step-through makes this particularly easy and is also easy for people with limited mobility. The saddle is very large and softly padded - ideal if you also plan longer training sessions. The seat position can also be adjusted in height, horizontally and in inclination, and as a result is perfectly adapted to your body size.

The handle of the bicycle ergometer allows for multiple training positions depending on whether you prefer to train sitting upright or in the sprint position while supporting your arms. At the front of the handle there are also the hand pulse sensors for heart rate measurement.

A water bottle holder is attached to the ergometer's one-piece frame so that you always have the reserve tank handy during long training sessions. Transport wheels on the front stand ensure that the upright bike can be easily moved before and after training, for example, if you want to train in front of the TV.

Wir haben uns im Internet nach einem neuen Fahrradergometer umgesehen und sind auf das vielseitige Angebot von FITSHOP Berlin gestoßen, wo wir uns aufgrund der Beschreibungen und hilfreichen Bewertungen für das CTS-BX70i entschieden haben. Da wir bereits sehr gute Erfahrungen vor Ort mit FITSHOP Berlin gemacht haben, bestellten wir dieses Mal per Telefon. Hierbei wurden wir hervorragend durch den freundlichen Mitarbeiter Dominik beraten. Das Gerät wurde per Express versandt und bis Bordsteinkante geliefert. Der eigenständige Aufbau war zu zweit kein Problem. Das Gerät läuft sehr ruhig und geschmeidig, der Sattel ist super bequem, die vielen unterschiedlichen Programme bieten ein breites Trainingsspektrum. Die Beratung von unserem neuen Ergometer war hervorragend. Herr Dobelmann hat alle unsere Fragen hervorragend beantwortet. Er kannte unser Vorgängermodel von Daum. Zu Hause angekommen ging es genauso positiv weiter. Der Aufbau nach Anleitung klappte ohne Probleme. Stecker in die Steckdose und losgefahren. Nach kurzem Test kinomap-app heruntergeladen und über Bluetooth gekoppelt und nächste Runde gedreht. Auch das ging sehr gut. Nach einer Woche fahren sind wir immer noch begeistert. Habe heute einen Ergometer BX70i gekauft. Das Gerät ist sehr sehr laufruhig und die Bedienung der Programme ist auch sehr einfach. Es entspricht super genau meinen Vorstellungen. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der kompetenten Beratung von Herrn Patz, der uns das Produkt sehr anschaulich, verständlich und ausführlich erklärt hat. Unser Verkaufsberater Herr Patz war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und wir können den Fitshop in Bottrop nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Gerät ist sehr stabil, individuell, leicht einstellbar für unsere 3 Personen, sehr leiser Lauf. Alles was wir bei der ausführlichen Beratung erfahren haben trifft 100% zu. Es macht sehr viel Freude dieses Gerät nutzen zu können und die gute Einstellung wirkt sich sehr positiv auf den gesamten Körper aus.

Durch die gute Anleitung war der Aufbau leicht. Das Ergometer ist sehr gut Verarbeitet und durch die Satteleinstellung ist es individuell anpassbar auf die jeweilige Körpergröße. Angenehm ist auch wie leise das Ergometer beim Gebrauch ist. Alles in allem kann ich das BX-70i nur weiterempfehlen.

Das gelieferte Paket war erstaunlich klein, dafür dauerte der Aufbau dann etwas länger, da doch etliche Einzelteile zusammengefügt werden mussten. Insgesamt verlief der Aufbau aber ziemlich unkompliziert. Das Gerät hat einen sehr guten Rundlauf und dass Display ist gut ablesbar. Die Verbindung mit meinem Brustgurt von Polar funktioniert sehr gut. Mir war der mitgelieferte Sattel viel zu breit, dass war mir beim Kauf aber auch schon klar und der Sattel wurde von mir gewechselt. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten der Sitzposition sind sehr gut, so dass hier keine Probleme geben sollte. Der Widerstand lässt sich fein justieren, was ich gerade nach Verletzungen sehr positiv finde. So und jetzt der einzige echte Kritikpunkt den ich habe. Die Position der Ablage ist ungünstig, legt man hier sein Handy oder die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher ab, ist das Display nicht mehr vollständig ablesbar. Auch eine normale 1,5 Literflasche findet keinen guten Platz am Bike. Ich habe mir für diese Problem ein kleines Regal an die Wand montiert, wo alles Platz findet was ich beim Training in Griffweite benötige. Ich würde es wiederkaufen. ... [Read more]

Sehr stabiles und gut verarbeitetes Ergometer! Es rappelt und wackelt nichts. Der Widerstand lässt sich angenehm steigern. Ich teile mir das Fahrrad mit meinem Freund, und was mir besonders gut gefällt: der Sattel lässt sich schnell und unkompliziert jeder Körpergröße anpassen. Außerdem lässt es sich durch die Rollen einfach in einen anderen Raum transportieren. Der Aufbau (ich habe es selber aufgebaut) war gut zu bewerkstelligen und innerhalb einer Stunde zu schaffen.
