The cable pull station Hoist HI-LO is the perfect extension for the multi gyms Hoist V3 Select and V4 Elite. It has 35 levels for height adjustment. Therefore, it offers a wide range of exercises for the upper and the lower part of the body. Thanks to the free cable pulls, many motion sequences can be imitated and precisely trained as for instance special sports motions (golf sweep and throw motions).
